This session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and you to ask any questions you may have about my services.
Individual Therapy
Personalized one-on-one counseling sessions to explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviors in a safe and confidential environment.
Sliding scale is offered for sessions with Associate Therapists under the clinical supervision of Claudia Q. Baliscao, LCSW, CSAC
Couple's Therapy
Couple's counseling can improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. We can provide guidance and support to enhance your connection. Counseling offers a safe space to explore feelings and build a fulfilling relationship.
